1. About This Platform
This forum is operated by the team behind natarajaguru.org (“we”, “us”, “our”) and is hosted at dev-muninarayanaprasad.natarajaguru.org (“the Platform”). It is a memorial and community forum dedicated to the life, teachings, and legacy of Guru Muni Narayana Prasad. By registering or participating on this Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to register and participate on this Platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Users below the age of 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
3. User Accounts
Accounts are created through third-party OAuth providers (Google, Facebook, or X/Twitter). You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your login credentials or allow others to access your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Community Standards and Acceptable Use
This Platform exists to honour the memory of Guru Muni Narayana Prasad and to facilitate respectful sharing of memories, teachings, and reflections. This is a purely spiritual community with no political affiliation or involvement whatsoever. Posting political, anti-social, or otherwise inappropriate content is strictly prohibited. You agree not to:
  • Post content that is abusive, defamatory, hateful, obscene, or discriminatory on any basis including religion, caste, gender, or ethnicity.
  • Post content of a political nature, including political opinions, party affiliations, campaigning, or commentary on political figures or events. This Platform is entirely spiritual in nature and has no political affiliation or involvement of any kind.
  • Share content that violates any applicable Indian law, including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.
  • Post spam, commercial advertisements, or unsolicited promotional content.
  • Impersonate any person, including members of the Narayana Gurukulam or the natarajaguru.org team.
  • Upload content that infringes copyright, trademark, or any other intellectual property right.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform.
5. User-Generated Content
By posting content on this Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, store, and distribute your content within this Platform for the purposes of operating the community. You retain ownership of your content. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms without prior notice.
6. Content Moderation
We reserve the right — but do not assume the obligation — to review, edit, or remove any content posted on this Platform at our sole discretion. Users may report content they believe violates these Terms using the report function.
7. Intellectual Property
All original content on this Platform created by the natarajaguru.org team — including biographical text, page design, and editorial content — is protected by copyright. Content relating to Guru Muni Narayana Prasad’s published works remains the intellectual property of the respective publishers and right-holders. Reproduction of such material without authorisation is prohibited.
8. Third-Party Services
This Platform uses third-party login providers. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
